A collection of over 40,000 items has been selected to assist
children in meeting their educational objectives and to provide them
with reading enjoyment.
Books are arranged into several broad
categories: Board Books, Picture Books, Readers, Fiction,
Non-fiction, Parent/Teacher and Reference.
The magazine area contains over 20
subscriptions to children's magazines.
Audio-visual materials include Books
on Cassette, Book/Cassette Kits, Music Cassettes, and Puzzles.
Children's Videos are available in the Adult Services department.
An in-house
collection of filmstrips and electronic resources are available for
use by children while visiting the library.
